Our daughter, Alexa (5th grade), is about to finish her second year at SFCS. She chose to write her personal testimony as part of a promotion assignment.

I cannot express to you what a difference SFC has made in her life. She was a child who struggled both academically and socially at our local public school. It took a great leap of faith on our part to move her to a private school setting. We feared that we may be setting her up for a more difficult path academically, and that she may never be able to “fit in” with many of the kids who had been at the school for many years. That was not the case. Last year, fourth grade, Carolyn Clark literally transformed our child into a focused, organized, self-confident and successful student.

This year her fifth grade teacher, Julie Dixon, has built upon that foundation. Today, our daughter is a confident and successful straight “A” student. More importantly, she is happy and excited about her future. She has an amazing group of friends, and she can’t wait for middle school to start. We are nothing short of speechless.

From the bottom of our hearts we thank you for transforming out child into the shining star she is today. We are proud of her! Santa Fe Christian is truly a place where you belong.
