The cost to submit an online tuition grant application is $40 (Visa/MasterCard credit or debit cards)

and the cost is the same whether filling out an online application or mail-in variety for Fast-back which is mandatory for SFC processing.

The SFC ID# is 1722.

When you complete an FFNA application online, you will be given a fax coversheet after hitting the submit button. 

This will give you the FFNA fax number and mailing address so you can send your taxes and other information.
