Tom Seitz, Athletic Director
We are so proud of the tradition of excellence that has been established at Santa Fe Christian Schools!
The role of athletics is pivotal to student development, and that’s why we offer top quality coaches, programs and facilities. One of the most diverse athletic programs of its kind, SFC has over 60 teams in grades 6th-12th alone. Students have the opportunity to play a variety of sports, contributing to their physical, social, mental and spiritual growth.
To have successful programs, it takes quality coaches and athletes. Experts in their fields, many of our coaches have played collegiately and have extensive coaching experiance. We commend them for the way they lead their teams. Our godly coaches truly inspire our students in positive ways - encouraging them to blow through barriers and accomplish things they didn’t think possible. SFC athletes learn teamwork, sacrifice, focus, how to win graciously, how to lose with dignity, and most importantly how to be a servant leader for Christ. Athletes emerge with a mental toughness, a strength of character that carries them through their daily walk.
The personal relationships that develop between players and coaches extend well into the college years and beyond. And while it’s not the top priority of our program, many of our athletes go on to compete collegiately - a reflection of the fine student-athletes that walk the halls at SFC.
