SFC Counseling Office Mission:
SFC has established the College Counseling Center for the purpose of guiding our graduates into the college of their choice. Resources and counseling are available for all students, but especially juniors and seniors. SFC counselors partner with parents in guiding their young person throughout high school by providing individualized attention to the college search process throughout the high school years.
Our office is staffed with believers who care about the students and their future as Christian leaders. With God as our cornerstone we assist our students in navigating the maze of college choices. We are up to date on the latest changes in college admissions and keep students and parents informed through monthly articles in the Wingspan newsletter, evening workshops and daily personal interaction with our students. Finding appropriate college matches is part of the goal encompassed in discovering God’s choices for our students. It is our privilege as counselors to model Christ for our families and students and to provide Godly counsel for academic, social and spiritual issues.
