February 2008
The School Board and Administration remain strongly committed to the grant program and foresee continued funding increases in the years ahead. It is hoped, if your family needs a tuition grant, you will apply without hesitation and will encourage others to make application to the tuition grant program as well.
Please print, complete and return the SFCS Tuition Grant Application and also complete your 2008/2009 tuition grant application online at www.FFNA1.com. Questions about this process may be directed to Katie Berry at berry@sfcs.net or (858) 755-8900 x1007).
Please submit your FFNA application prior to February 20, request only the "Fast Back" service, and authorize the release of financial information. (This released information consists only of the "bottom line" family income numbers upon which FFNA bases its award recommendation. This information is necessary for statistical analysis by SFC and is held in strictest confidence).
It is the school's desire to have as many families as possible in the "first pool" of awards to be made in early March. Late applications will be processed after that date, on a "first come first served" basis until all available funds are exhausted.
Santa Fe Christian's FFNA ID# to use on your application is 1722. No financial information is to be sent to the school. All financial information and tax returns are to be submitted only to FFNA. Only the one page "Tuition Grant Application & Declaration" and the requested cover letter should be returned to SFC.
Please do not to hesitate to contact the business office with any questions you may have. It is the school's desire that Santa Fe Christian Schools remain accessible to all students throughout their K-12 experience. No student should have to leave Santa Fe Christian solely due to the rising cost of tuition.
