I love history! History to me is a great big movie where the story of God unfolds. In 6th grade we visit some of the major civilizations that highlighted the ancient world. From the Seven Hills of Rome to the Great Wall of China we explore the places they lived in, who they were, and what they are best known for. Through out the year we also emphasize the geography of the world that they lived in as well as the world in which we live today. As a native of Minnesota I grew up as a pastor's kid. I went to college at what is now known as San Diego Christian College. There I received a bachelors in History and met my beautiful wife Gina. My wife and I have two fantastic children and live in Escondido where we run a church youth group. I enjoy history and teaching. My hope is to pass that enthusiasm along to my students.
