biotechinstitute.org: Interesting website for those intereseted in science, especially biotechnology. Students: click on Your World: Biotechnology and You, a free online magazine for students (parents and teachers can enjoy it too) that focuses on a current issue in the field of biotechnology. This issue is about nanotechnology. Interesting articles, great artwork / pictures and links to related sites. You also have access to previous online issues covering topics like diseases, the skeletal system and many more diverse topics! Biotechnology melds biology with chemistry, physics and engineering so I highly recomend this magizine for anyone who has any interest in the sciences. We wil be looking at some back issues when we cover DNA in January and the disease unit in the spring.
