Study Skills

Four Class Periods per week of directed tutoring and intervention. Mentoring which promotes academic excellence, organization, and confidence in a Christ-centered environment. Extended time on tests and exams as needed. Study Skills Training. Weekly analysis of student performance in other classes. Regular Progress Reports and contact with parents and teachers. (Upper School Students:) Collaboration with Academic Counselors to monitor documentation of disability and applications for extended time for PSAT/SAT and PLAN/ACT. Student or parent MUST inform Mrs. Pratt one month before test date if testing accommodations are desired. As soon as student is assigned a testing date, please inform Mrs. Pratt.
