The SFC Lower School (K - 5) provideds a solid foundation for a lifetime of learning. Our educational philosophy is based on the core values of academic excellence, stewardship, Christ-likeness, family, students, and teachers. While adhering to state standards, SFC integrates Biblical truth in all subject areas. The acquisition of knowledge and development of skills is for the purpose of better equipping our students to be effective Christian leaders.

CHAPEL PROGRAM
Every week throughout the school year, the students are challenged to grow in their faith and knowledge of Jesus Christ. 1st—5th Grades Chapel is on Tuesday, 8:55 AM— 9:35 AM. Kindergarten Chapel is on Friday, 8:55 AM— 9:30 AM.

COMMUNICATION
To keep parents informed weekly the lower school publishes the Eagles’ Wings, which is distributed to students to be given to parents. In addition, students and parents may access the school’s website at www.sfcs.net for current editions of Eagles’ Wings.

PARENT ADVISORY COUNCIL
The Lower School Parent Advisory Council is a group of committed Christian volunteers who serve to advise, encourage, and provide support for their staff, students, and parents involved at SFC.
